Wisdom comes with age they say,

With this I’d disagree.

For having lived three score and ten,

I often wonder who and when

Decided this should be.

Wisdom comes at any time,

And cannot be defined

To be the right of men of age,

Whose only claim to greatness lie

To don the mantle of the sage,

And so with wisdom die.
